How many hotels are there in Hobart?

I need to stay in Hobart for work next month and am also looking to use it as a base to see some parts of Tasmania after work is completed and have to find a good choice for accommodtion. In order to help me out can someone please let me know how many hotels and apartments there are in Hobart so I can know when I've found the right accommodation.

There are over 120 hotels, motels, serviced apartments and B&B's in and around the city of Hobart. Obviously the majority of the accommodation properties are located within the city centre and along the waterfront, but there are also a numerous hotels and motels in the other surrounding suburbs.
